Our sewing workshop in Baigou runs a 3,000 sqm production floor with 35 production workers and a 15-person sales team, turning out around 200,000 bags a year. We have been making bags for more than 20 years — gym duffels, drawstring sackpacks and sports backpacks among them — and every order ships after piece-by-piece inspection.

What is your minimum order quantity for custom gym bags?
Our MOQ starts from 50 pieces. Standard tiers are 50 / 100 / 300 / 500 / 1,000 / 3,000+. Final MOQ depends on style, fabric and logo method — Anna will confirm it in your quotation.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Samples take 7-15 days. Bulk production takes 15-30 days after sample approval.
What about the sample fee?
Sample fee: refunded for orders of 1,000+ pieces; negotiable for 500-1,000 pieces. For smaller orders, Anna will confirm it in your quotation.
Which logo methods can you apply to gym bags?
Screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels, rubber patches, leather patches, metal badges, custom zipper pulls and Pantone-matched dyeing — Anna will recommend the best method for your logo and fabric.
Can you make gym bags for teams, gyms or events?
