Our Gym Bag Factory in Baigou
Every CGF gym bag, duffel and drawstring bag is cut, sewn and finished in our own workshop in Baigou, and we have been making bags for more than 20 years. Sewing runs in our own 3,000 m² workshop in Baigou. Our Tianjin team handles export documentation and communication, and we export to 10+ markets.

Because printing and embroidery sit next to the sewing line, your logo goes on the sample in the same run. Sample revisions are handled in-house, so a change does not wait in an outside queue.
How much can you make?
Capacity depends on how the bag is built:
- Gym bags, duffels and gym backpacks (backpack class): around 200,000 units a year
- Drawstring bags (simple construction): around 200,000 units a quarter
These are estimates across the workshop; the date for your order is confirmed in your quotation.
Samples, bulk and inspection
Sample 7-15 days, subject to style complexity and confirmed per project. Bulk production usually takes 15-30 days; final dates are confirmed per project in your quotation. The sample fee is refundable when your bulk order reaches 1,000 pcs or more.
Every order goes through our own pre-shipment check against the approved sample. If you work with a nominated inspector or a third-party inspection service, we arrange it for your order.

Choosing one of our gym bags in stock colours with your logo starts at MOQ from 50 pcs*, and those pieces can be split across the colours we carry for that style. Custom colors and structure available on request (from 500 pcs).
