Custom Gym Bags for Teams and Clubs: Names, Numbers and MOQ

Yes, each bag in a team order can carry a different name or number, and MOQ is counted per design, not per name. Choosing one of our existing styles in stock colours with your club logo starts at MOQ from 50 pcs*, and those pieces can be split across the colours we carry for that style. Team colours made to order are a custom run. Below: how personalisation works, how the quantity is counted, and what to send us.

Can each bag have a different name or number?

Yes. Send us the list, one line per bag, and each bag is printed with its own name or number alongside the club logo. Names and numbers are the part that is easiest to get wrong, so we work from your spreadsheet rather than retyping, and we show the layout on a Free Logo Mockup before sampling.

How is MOQ counted for a team order?

Per design. The club logo, the bag style and its colour make the design; individual names or numbers on top of that are personalisation. If your list has special cases, such as two different logo versions for juniors and seniors, tell us and we confirm how it is counted in your quotation.

Stock colours. The pieces can be split across the colours we already carry for the style, which suits clubs with a home and an away colour.

Custom team colours. Custom colors and structure available on request (from 500 pcs). A custom colour run cannot be split across colours.

Which bag suits a team?

• A duffel with a separate shoe compartment, such as YJJN555-27, keeps boots away from kit. Our guide to ventilated and waterproof shoe compartments explains the options.
• For away games and travel, YJJN555-149 adds a wet pocket and a trolley sleeve.
• If players carry the bag on foot as well, a convertible style such as YJJN555-17 switches between hand carry and backpack.

How long does it take?

Sample 7-15 days, subject to style complexity and confirmed per project. Bulk production usually takes 15-30 days; final dates are confirmed per project in your quotation. If the bags are for a season start or a tournament, tell us the date first, so we can say whether it works before you commit.
