Gym Bag Size Guide: Dimensions, Weight and What Each Style Is For

Our five gym and travel bags range from 39 cm to 59 cm long. The compact weekender suits daily gym use; the 46 cm duffels suit gym plus short trips; the 58–59 cm convertible styles suit travel and teams carrying more kit. All sizes below are outer dimensions from our product specifications.

Which size fits which use?
- Daily gym: a compact bag around 39–46 cm long holds a change of clothes, a towel, a bottle and a pair of trainers. The 555-27, with its separate shoe compartment and about 27 litres, is the reference point for this use.
- Gym plus short trips: a 46 cm duffel with a wet pocket and trolley sleeve, like the 555-149, handles a weekend as well as a training session.
- Travel and teams: the 58–59 cm convertible styles carry more kit, and switching to backpack straps helps when players walk to the venue.
Can the size be changed?
Yes, as a custom structure. Existing styles with your logo start at MOQ from 50 pcs*; a changed size or layout is a custom build. Custom colors and structure available on request (from 500 pcs). Tell us what the bag must hold — shoes, a ball, a laptop — and we suggest the closest existing style first.
